Please email your order number and any relevant details to contact@jellyvr.com to request a return and refund.


1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days from the day you receive it. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.
  • Contact us via email to initiate the withdrawal and receive further instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

2. 2-Year Warranty for Faults
Products are covered for manufacturing defects or functional issues for 2 years. If an issue arises during this period:

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the situation.
  • Return shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects are covered for customers in the EU.
  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacements may be offered if returning the product is not feasible.
  • Contact us immediately with details of the fault and your order information.

3. Replacements
Replacements for returned items may be offered, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item or proof of shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products showing signs of water damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Items returned without all original accessories and packaging.
  • If a return is denied, the product will be returned to you as is, free of charge for customers in Europe and North America.
