By purchasing from JellyVR, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use at your Own Risk
Our products are handmade, specialized devices designed for hobbyist use and are not certified for regulated environments. They should be used at the customer’s discretion. While we prioritize safety in our designs and testing, our products may not be certified to local standards for low-voltage electronics. JellyVR is not responsible for any damages that may arise from their use or misuse. Please read all included instructions carefully before use.

2. Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries are sent via Czech Post as registered mail. Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that the level of tracking detail may vary depending on your national postal service. Shipping dates provided are estimates and may change. Please allow up to 5 days for processing, depending on stock. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues, customs clearance, or stock availability.

3. Tax and Customs
For EU customers, prices include applicable taxes. Non-EU customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery, including any charges under tariff code 9504.50. Please check your country’s import regulations for details.

4. Battery Performance
Due to the nature of lithium polymer batteries, battery-powered devices will naturally lose capacity over time and use. Variations in performance may occur, and stated capacities are approximate. Environmental factors, usage patterns, and age may affect battery longevity and accuracy. Batteries are removable, and it is the customer’s responsibility to recycle or dispose of them correctly in accordance with local regulations.

5. 3D Printed Parts
Due to the nature of 3D printing, parts may have aesthetic variations. Minor imperfections or slight differences from product images may occur, but these do not affect functionality.
