Refund policy

Contact us at contact@jellyvr.com for returns, refunds, or replacements.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Returns and replacements are free for EU orders, non-EU customers cover return shipping costs.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

If approved, a prepaid return label will be provided for eligible regions, or a return address for self-shipping.

Damages and replacements
Please contact us via email or Discord so we can confirm the issue. Once verified, replacements may be sent free of charge for EU customers. For other regions, the item cost will be refunded instead.

Exceptions
No returns for custom or personalized items, opened DIY kits or parts, or any items that have been modified.

Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
